Josep brings to Poiseq a broad professional and personal vision anchored in his unique experiences. His career, that expands over 35 years in the hospitality industry overseen Michelin-starred restaurants, five-star and five-diamond hotels across Europe, the Caribbean, and various locations in the USA has always been driven by solid values and steadfast commitment to his projects.
He played instrumental roles in opening multiple hotels, creating and launching food and beverage concepts and Rooms operations, shaping teams from ground zero to deliver excellence and achieve long lasting recognition. Josep believes the cornerstone of his success lies in cultivating strong relationships with the teams he is fortunate to work with and, together, stablishing operations which reputation withholds the passing of time.
Fueled by an enduring passion for the industry and its people, through Poiseq Josep aspires to invest his accumulated knowledge into others. Witnessing people thrive and grow remains the ultimate satisfaction and the most rewarding accomplishment to him.
Josep also holds a Business Consultant as well as a Leadership Coach IAPCC certification and affiliated Poiseq to the International Association of Professional Organizations.
