Our two-day training program is designed to deliver short- and long-term results. We specialize in creating tailored programs to match our clients’ particular needs
Our program enhances leadership performance, provides the bases for a better bench strength focus in our participants and highlights the benefits of investing tenure and loyalty to the companies’ participants identify with.
Program duration can be flexible based on client needs, program goals and participant readiness.
Our programs are delivered “live” and designed to be interactive. We recommend a minimum of 6-8 participants and a maximum of 18-20 to maximize participation and learning. Poiseq teams are open to work with any number of participants pending the desired outcome or readiness of the group, from executives to assistant manager levels.
Absolutely! Each operation is different and requires a unique program to maximize positive impact.
Interactive “live’ presentations, participants create their own notations and reminders in our provided note books, goal setting sessions after program individual follow ups help deliver results.
Services are priced after evaluating each program needs. Traveling and lodging fees may apply.

Training sessions are always in-person, as well as other services like leadership seminars and experience-based services. Follow ups, mentoring and evaluations can be executed on line if client so desires.
